Condominium Resale Certificate: A Condominium Resale Certificate contains information about a Condominium Community that is required to be disclosed to the Buyer by the Seller at the time of contract. Morris Management's fee to prepare the Certificate on the Association's behalf is $275 and is due when the Certificate is picked up. You will be contacted when the Resale Certificate is available for pickup at the office of Morris Management, Inc. (see address below).

Single Family HOA (not valid for condominiums, either attached or detached): Disclosure documents that meet the requirements for Section 9, NWMLS Form 22D (revised 5/09) are available for a fee of $100 which is due when the Documents are picked up. You will be contacted when the documents are available for pickup at the office of Morris Management, Inc. (see address below )
